JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Attractions Team Members are primarily responsible for providing guests with an experience like no other. The attraction team member can be placed anywhere from our front desk, merchandise counter, or at one of our various attraction locations. It is important for the attraction team member to ensure not only guest satisfaction, but to also follow all safety and sanitation regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrating the highest standards of guest relations and care when assisting guests at the counter or attraction.

• Ability to describe the attractions and experience to guests.

• Enforcing rules and safety regulations in a consistent and fair manner to our guests.

• Managing queues and meeting guest expectations, upsell to maximize profit.
• Enter orders into point of sale system accurately and proper cash handling.

• Keeping the areas clean and sanitized.

• Handling guest complaints in the first instance and reporting feedback to the Leadership Team.

• Working within established guidelines and operating procedures.
• Responsible for following protocol for guest incidents.
• Flexibility to rotate through various areas of the park.

• Participate in regular staff meetings and training as required.

• Other duties as tasked by Leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Basic math skills of adding and subtracting required

• Having a friendly and engaging personality, a good communicator, able to work under pressure.

• Comfortable working with members of the public, able to initiate conversations and provide a sincere welcome and enjoy providing good service.

• Willingness to learn, take instruction and work under own initiative, supporting other team members and able to multitask.

• An effective, well organized and efficient team player with a strong sense of discipline and urgency.

• Holds self-accountable for high personal standards of conduct and professionalism

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.

• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.

• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.

• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
