Job Title: Dental Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dental clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism
- Maintain patient records and update medical information accurately
- Verify insurance and benefits
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience
- Manage office supplies and keep the reception area organized

- Back office tasks as needed, e.g. assisting the doctor, sterilizing the rooms,...

Requirements:
- Familiarity with dental clinic operations and terminology
- Proficiency in using dental software
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and handling patient service inquiries
- Understanding of medical records management, including HIPAA compliance

- Bilingual (Spanish / English)
