Urban Signature Appliances is looking for Appliance Technicians
to join our team to serve the Rio Grande Valley! This is an excellent opportunity for a someone who is looking to grow with the company.
Appliance Technician - Pay is based on experience.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Valid Drivers License
- 5 years of recent, professional appliance repair experience
- Outstanding diagnostic/problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain service records and parts inventory
Appliance Service Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair various household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves and more.
- Swiftly respond to customer calls regarding issues or malfunctions
- Evaluate and troubleshoot problems
- Provide repair options, estimates, and timeframes to customers, taking into account any product warranties they have.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest appliance technology and parts
- Able to lift/move 50-100lbs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of store and retail operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
