Urban Signature Appliances is one of the leading retail appliance stores in the market. We are on the lookout for a rockstar sales team member to join us. (We’re less concerned about your previous experience and more about your DRIVE.)

Appliance Sales Team Job Expectations:

• Consult with customers to understand their appliance needs; then recommend products that meet those needs.
• Serve as an intermediary between our customers and the team.
• Align customers with our preferred financing partners.
• Regularly network and market to prospect for new customers both on the phone and in person.
• Commit to professional growth through ongoing learning and accountability.
• A positive attitude, consistent lead follow-up, and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of finance and other simple mathematical concepts.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Candidates must be high-school graduates and at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills are a must.
• Phone sales/prospecting skills are beneficial (not required).
• Experience in the appliance industry is a plus (not required).
• Desire over Skill.
