About the Client:
Industry leader in seasonal products-specifically in Halloween and Christmas. Consulting firm with private label brands of Halloween and Christmas products in some of the best-known stores. Operating year-round to design, develop, manufacture, and support the sales for Halloween and Christmas products to Mass Market, Big Box, Grocery, Drug, and Specialty Retailers.
POSITION
We are looking for 10 Temporary Full-Time Customer Service Representatives who can work in a hybrid setting within the Berkeley area. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to provide high-level, professional phone and email support to our enthusiastic customers. Job Responsibilities:
• Provide efficient and professional customer support via phone and email through our ticketing system.
• Manage a high volume of support requests daily, ensuring that our customers receive the best solutions possible.
• Maintain precise and accurate handling of tickets and customer data.
• Work independently and within a collaborative team environment to identify product or service issues.
• Stay informed about product and policy changes relevant to product support.
• Flexible work availability to accommodate business needs. Operations will expand to include weekends during peak season which may include over time
Qualifications and Experience:
• Education and Experience: Associate degree or 1 – 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook); experience with eCommerce and Ticketing platforms is a plus.
• Home Office Setup: Capable of working from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace to receive calls.
• Self-Starter: Independent with strong decision-making skills and the ability to multitask.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
• Interpersonal Skills: Able to build collaborative relationships with co-workers and crossfunctional teams.
• Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Growth: Receptive to feedback with a growth mindset.
