We have been developing the next generation of urban planning software since 2021.

Based on an interactive 3D city model, our SaaS solution makes it easier for architects, project developers and urban planners to recognise the risks and potential of their planning options. Intuitive modelling tools and real-time simulations give them direct feedback on all decision-relevant parameters.

Responsibilities

• Creating prototypical master plans and building designs
• 3D modeling
• Layouting publications & making sketches
• Research, e.g., on building codes, DIN norms or simulation methods 

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a student in a Bachelors/Masters course in Germany
• Architectural knowledge (e.g. Building typologies, planning regulations)
• Polygonal modelling (e.g., Rhino, Blender)
• Affinity Publisher, Designer, Photo
• Interested in learning new technologies
• Willing to travel to our office in Munich at least part-time (Hybrid work)
• Good English and German skills
