Summer Internship Program Application Process
- Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission.
- Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received.
- Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist Digital Marketing team with daily/monthly/quarterly reporting on demand sales trends, budgeting and oversite of program vitality.
- Compile competitive analyses based on current landscape and help keep team abreast of industry changes with industry news highlights.
- Support the Channel owners with test and learn executions including but not limited to implementation and analysis.
- Develop a broad understanding of all eCommerce and Digital Marketing functions and responsibilities to provide the team support across multiple divisions with cross-functional partners.
- Attend all vendor meetings.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads and Social Media ad buying platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and tell a story about what happened.
- Proficient Excel and Powerpoint user.
- Effective communicator and comfortable with public speaking.
- Attention to detail.
