US AMR-Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is Hiring a Production Associate/Administrative Assistant Near Denver, CO

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Production Associate to provide support to our Producers and Production Support teams in the organization and marketing of real estate transactions. This role will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and assisting with the preparation of marketing materials.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and production support, including typing correspondence, managing emails, utilizing company databases, and coordinating with blast systems.

  • Schedule appointments, conference calls, reservations, and create itineraries for Producer's external and internal meetings.

  • Manage Producer's calendars, make travel arrangements, and process expense reports.

  • Assist Producers and Analysts in preparing marketing materials for real estate deals, including proposals, agreements, memorandums, financial comparisons, and due diligence data.

  • Collaborate with the analyst team to create customized property information materials, market analysis, and targeted client-specific research.

  • Create PowerPoint presentations by incorporating data from various sources such as maps, charts, logos, and pictures.

  • Maintain and update internal web-based databases, including deal statuses, press releases, marketing lists, and activity tracking.

  • Take initiative to support Producers with high-priority projects, identify problems, and communicate with team members.

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide necessary information.

  • Organize and file important deal-related correspondence.

  • Coordinate graphic design elements with analysts and design team.

  • Coordinate with vendors for photography and other services.

  • Provide backup support to other Administrative Assistants, as needed.

  • Be flexible to work overtime with short notice.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of related administrative, marketing, or communications experience.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, grammatical, and time-management skills.

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.

  • Experience in organizing teams' priorities and agenda is a plus.

  • Commercial real estate experience preferred.

Education:

  • Real Estate/Administrative background is a plus.

  • High school graduate required; college education is a plus.

Computer Skills:

  • Intermediate working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Design Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

  • Salesforce database experience is a plus.

Environment:

  • Office-based work with the use of computers, copiers, and scanners.
