This executive role demands a leader with over 15 years of experience in life insurance-related capital and reinsurance markets, a strong background in investment fundamentals, and a proven track record of creating and implementing financial reinsurance solutions. The role also involves extensive interaction with the leadership team, including the CEO, CFO, and chief actuary, as well as with regulators and the parent company.Applicants for the Vice President of Capital Solutions position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree with a quantitative background, and a Master's in Business Administration, CPA, or FSA designation is preferred. Senior leadership experience, the ability to lead projects, and effective communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of contemporary capital and financial reinsurance solutions, as well as experience in investment analytics and various insurance financial reporting.
