US Enhanced Personnel is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near High Point, NC
Location: High Point, NC
Pay : $24-25/hour
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role will involve managing customer accounts, processing orders, and maintaining a high level of service to ensure customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for accurate and fast processing of sales order, as well as logistics support of domestic and international movement of finished goods in trucks, railcars, ISO’s and drums. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive and enter orders into the SAP system.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process orders, track shipments, and update customer accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any product or service issues.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
- Manage RSPO function in coordination with supply chain director and insure proper RSPO documentation is sent to customer.
- Access customer portals on WEB to retrieve Pos or schedule shipments for delivery.
- Daily processing of bills lading.
- Work with credit department to ensure that only customers with approved credit are shipped.
- Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assist in maintaining current product knowledge to assist customers efficiently.
- MUST have experience with SAP and order entry.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Sales Support, Logistics Management, Product Coordination, and Internal Support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
