Production/Operations ManagerReports To: VP of Manufacturing/Fabrication
Schedule: Monday-Thursday; 7:00a-5:30p; Friday; ½ days. (Occasional Saturday hours).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the plant’s labor force and production lines
- Ensure overall quality of production
- Coordinate and optimize production schedules and factory utilization
- Implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Enforce health and safety regulations
- Align production goals with company objectives
- Provide strong leadership and support to the workforce
- Communicate effectively with management and teams
- Develop and refine workflow policies
- Analyze financial data for strategic decision-making with executive management
- Oversee and improve operational systems and processes
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets
- Participate in long-term planning and project management
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and vendors
- 5 years in manufacturing operations, 3 in a supervisory role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Fabrication or Manufacturing
- Proficiency in understanding welding and machining, drawings, OSHA regulations, and Lean Manufacturing concepts
- Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
