Location: High Point, NC
Pay: $16-18 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you are someone who provides exceptional customer service, is very detail oriented, and is prompt to respond to customers then this may be the opportunity for you! On occasion may be customer facing in the front showroom to assist customers .
Responsibilities
Pay: $16-18 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you are someone who provides exceptional customer service, is very detail oriented, and is prompt to respond to customers then this may be the opportunity for you! On occasion may be customer facing in the front showroom to assist customers .
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale customers
- Answer sales calls and respond to customer emails promptly
- Fulfill accurate quotations for customer accounts
- Precisely enter wholesale orders into our computer system
- Follow up with customers regarding tracking and shipping information
- Attend vendor trainings to gain product knowledge and communicate with vendors on product information
- Assist with the RGA (Return) process
- Answer wholesale incoming calls and assist customers with questions and orders
- Track orders and provide information back to customers
- Serve as a backup for the switchboard as needed
- Comfortable being on the phone and being consultative with customers
- Prior sales /customer service experience preferred, including the potential to upsell
- Ability to learn and retain product knowledge , and be consultative.
- Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and the ability to multi-task
- Background experience in related areas: decorative hardware and plumbing fixtures or furniture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of hardware, plumbing, or furniture
- Experience in a manufacturing facility with relevant knowledge
