This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Woodlands or Katy, TX office. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm or 8am- 4:30pm with no weekends.
How You'll Contribute:We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn’t specifically our “job.” In general, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for:
Assists with the clinical care of fertility patients
Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
Provides pre and post op education
Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ families
Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved
Support and promote excellence in customer service
Skills & QualificationsThe skills and education we need are:Medical Assistant And Phlebotomy Experience PreferredExcellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
