We are a US based company that aims to expand into international markets: Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and China.We're looking for someone to both plan AND EXECUTE the starting stages for our international expansion. You will navigate the legal requirements for establishing our company and operating procedures for contracting or hiring staff, business registrations, legal requirements, and tax requirements. Understanding of marketing and pricing strategy in each market is highly helpful. You may engage appropriate 3rd party resources such as legal or tax professionals on our behalf and expense.
