As an attorney with our firm, you can expect to make $160,000 per year before revenue sharing, with more upside potential based upon performance. (1) We generate a massive amount of qualified paid consultations. This year, our firm is on track to do nearly 800 paid consultations, so our attorneys always have enough work to keep them busy; (2) We have tight control over our accounts receivable; (3) We have developed detailed, accurate financial projections for our firm and attorneys and we have a high level of financial transparency. All of this allows our team members to thrive and perform at their highest levels.
