Colorado Legal Group, a cutting-edge divorce and family law practice is growing and looking for one more down-to-earth, hard working, ultra-cool person to handle the Front Desk as Receptionist / Legal Assistant in our Grand Junction office. In this dynamic position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, provide administrative support for our attorneys and paralegals, and ensure that our office operations are running smoothly.

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Primary initial contact (phone, electronic, and in-person) for potential and existing clients
• Opening new case files
• Accepting payment from clients including bank deposits and payment tracking
• Ordering office supplies
• Administrative support for Attorneys, Paralegals, and Firm Administrator

The ideal candidate for this role will love communicating with and helping people and have a passion for organizational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal
• Strong focus on client and end-user experience
• Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Previous accounting experience is a plus (preferred but not required)
