We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving targets and providing exceptional shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.

- Utilize product knowledge to recommend and demonstrate items that meet customer requirements.

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or mobile payment devices.

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging products, and monitoring inventory levels.

- Meet or exceed sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and providing excellent customer service.

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

- Knowledge of wireless sales, retail math, and cash handling procedures is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

- Proven ability to sell products effectively and meet sales targets.
