Position Duties/Responsibilities * You will provide legal advice on difficult and extremely complex problems; advise clients on matters, and cases brought by or against the DON.
* You will represent and advocate for the DON and provide legal advice and counsel, in the form of oral advice and written opinions, in one or more of the subject areas of law.
* You will prepare legal briefs and opinions for matters and cases or negotiate settlements in the appropriate forum.
* You will responsible for coordinating legal advice across the program organization and within the relevant OGC communities of practice. Minimum Salary 82764.0 Maximum Salary 191900.0
