Provides Personal Property Program guidance and instruction to OS Property Managers, and Accountable or Custodial Property Officers (APO/CPO's) nationwide, who are responsible for the management, care and safeguarding of system-controlled and sensitive personal property acquired by their program offices.
Coordinates Fleet Program requirements and operational duties to include, but not limited to: Working with GSA; developing Fleet Reports, Fleet Data Calls, Annual FAST reports, Secretary of the Interior (Secretary) W-2 Home to Work Benefits reports; supporting the Secretary's Detail, managing vehicles and other requirements related to the Secretary's motor pool; and maintaining Fleet records and files.
Conducts management control reviews (audits) of the Personal Property and/or Fleet Programs for OS Offices nationwide to ensure compliance with Federal and Departmental regulations designed to minimize the risk of waste, fraud, and abuse of Government resources. Conveys program requirements orally and in writing, reporting to Departmental key stakeholders on audit findings and corrective actions.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

Telework Suitability:
The duties of this position are suitable for occasional telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisor approval and if they meet the eligibility criterion in the 2010 Telework Act.
