We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Senior Manager of Scheduling Optimization for Oral and Maxillofacial surgery to join our team.

Position Summary:
In this position, you will provide leadership, oversight, and support to the various teams responsible for departmental operations and scheduling services for surgery patients. This includes, but is not limited to, scheduling optimization employees, surgeons, practice leaders, regional operations leaders, IT and telecom, and varying practice support center team members.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years of leadership experience in a medical /dental environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimally 1 years of customer service and surgery scheduling/call center environment required.
Exceptional human relations skills to lead, motivate, and resolve conflict with a diverse workforce.
Ability to always maintain a professional demeanor. Ability to understand and respond to a dynamic, changing industry and metrics reporting.
