Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective communication and sales techniques
- Inform our customers of current promotion as well. The new products recently receive.

-Assist in product replenishment and maintain floor presentations as well full recovery at end of business day.

-Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

-Follow the established US Polo Assn policies and procedures to maintain a fair and consistent work environment as well as delivering operational execution and financial results.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to sell and promote various products, including technology, appliances, jewelry, and other retail items
- Familiarity with technical aspects of products for effective sales pitches
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
