We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative!!
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Visit establishments to evaluate needs or to promote product or service sales.

- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
- Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications.
- Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or service can meet their needs.
- Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
- Turn in all receipts for purchasing with the correct POs.
- Verify that delivery schedules meet project deadlines.
- Be a self-starter with problem-solving skills.
- Advice customers on product usage to improve production.
- Wear proper PPE/Uniforms branded with the company logo to every job site/meeting.
- All phone calls are to be answered promptly and efficiently and return calls immediately.
- Properly communicate with customers and follow up consistently.
- Work with management on target sales goals.
- Attend necessary sales meetings and community involvement opportunities.
- Develop new business leads and manage existing relationships.
- Expand our customer base within our community and beyond.
- Strategize with team members to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Represents US Sand & Gravel at any promotional events as needed.
- Must be organized and be timely.
