Our health client that specializes in Hormone Optimization, weightloss, IV Vitamin Therapy and Nutritional Supplements in seeking an experienced Clinical Manager.

As a Clinic Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of outstanding patient care while fostering a positive work environment for our staff. You will have the opportunity to utilize your leadership skills to motivate and empower our team, driving performance excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

· Deliver exceptional customer service (e.g., Going the Extra Mile, Building Positive and Fun Relationships, Being Selfless, Taking Initiative, Leading by Example, Loyalty and Being Enthusiastic, etc.)

· Provide strategic leadership and direction to clinic staff, including physicians, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.

· Oversee all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and resource allocation, to optimize efficiency and productivity.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines to maintain the highest level of patient safety and quality of care.

· Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and streamline workflow.

· Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and professional development among clinic staff.

· Act as a liaison between clinic staff, management, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinic leadership roles, with a proven track record of success.

· Demonstrated history of effectively managing clinic operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.

· Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in clinic management.

· CPR certification and knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred.
