Accounts Receivable & Billing Specialist

Bentonville AR - This would be hybrid 2-3 days a week in Office in Bentonville

6 Months Contract - With high possibility of extension and conversion

Job Description:

Accounts Receivable & Collection Specialist will support the Billing & Collections Manager in all account receivable functions, including but not limited to invoicing, collection efforts, cash application, adjustments, reporting, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Daily review of open invoices/accounts for needed collection efforts

• Daily collection outreach

• Process Invoice Deductions via ARNextGen

• Identify, report & correct billing discrepancies

• Monitor timely invoicing on upfront billed program

• Aide with necessary invoice revisions and special billing requests

• Process daily payment application to subledger

• Reporting assistance

Experience/Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience including interaction with large companies

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounts receivable experience

• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail

• Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude

• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines

• Salesforce experience a plus
