Description:

• This role creates purchase orders, supports data entry, pays attention to detail, and does some bookkeeping duties. This is a part time position and can be work from home. They must be reliable.
• Extremely detail oriented
• Basic accounting familiarity with debits/credits and some math
• Organized
• Basic familiarity with Excel and using basic Excel formulas
• Reliable and trust worthy with a remote work location. Available when needed via Teams chats or phone calls.
• Must be ok with data entry and monotonous duties.
• Willingness to take on more responsibility if needed or serve as a back-up for coworkers.
• Able to work in a quick environment and finish tasks in a timely manner.
• There is not a lot of social interaction with this position. Must be self-motivated and able to self-manage to get tasks done.
