US Tech Solutions is Hiring an Administrative Associate I Near Columbia, SC

Job Duties:
  • IMP Notes: Monday Friday, 8am-4:30pm or 7:30am-4pm. Onsite position only.
  • Work may require transporting or moving materials
  • Phone interviews will be conducted
  • Microsoft Office experience.
  • In this role, the admin’s responsibilities would include completing reports that go out via email, scheduling meetings for Sr. staff, taking notes in meetings, overseeing staff outings, completing orders for supplies/ equipment.
  • Provides general administrative, clerical, and project coordination support.
  • Maintains area files, correspondence, reports, and other documentation. Coordinates, completes, and delivers required reporting.
  • Tasks are varied and usually require area specific knowledge to complete work.
  • Performs general clerical duties and administrative support including ordering supplies, arranging travel, maintaining calendars, and providing phone coverage for upper management. 50% Maintains area specific reports or presentations.
  • Updates or logs correspondence and/or documents
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent grammar, letter writing and telephone skills. Organizational and customer service skills. Good judgment. Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
  • Required Software and Tools: Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of business area goals and objectives. Analytical or critical thinking skills. Ability to use complex mathematical calculations. Ability to persuade, negotiate or influence.
  • Work Environment: Typical office environment. Work may require transporting or moving materials.
  • Required Education: Associate degree or Two years of job-related work experience or a combination of education and experience equal to 2 years.
  • Required Work Experience: 1 year office or administrative support experience.
