Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate to administer online surveys and analyse results to gauge customer experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Administering online surveys to customers to collect feedback.
• Analysing survey results to identify trends and insights.
• Drawing meaningful conclusions and recommendations from data
• Presenting findings to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
• Collaborating with teams to implement changes based on customer feedback.
• Continuously monitoring and improving the survey process

Required Skills :

• Experience conducting online surveys : Min 1 YR experience with Survey, Survey Analysis, Survey Design and Survey Instruments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data analysis tools.

Preferred Experience :

• Proficiency in survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Spanish, Italian or other European languages.
