As an Architect for Digital Manufacturing Solutions at our client, you'll lead the charge in transforming business operations, enhancing visibility, empowering the workforce, and boosting operational agility, quality, and productivity.

What You'll Do:

• Innovate and Lead: Design, develop, and implement MES/MOM and system integration solutions to drive our client's digital transformation initiatives.
• Architect and Design: Create and document solution architectures, develop specifications, and make technical design decisions for high-priority projects.
• Collaborate and Translate: Work seamlessly with implementation partners and development teams to translate business requirements into robust, functional capabilities.
• Integrate and Optimize: Assess complex technical environments and define requirements to integrate new solutions while maintaining and optimizing existing ones.
• Ensure Scalability: Guarantee that solutions adhere to reference architectures and standards, ensuring scalability and sustainability.
• Engage and Advise: Interact with customers at various levels, providing expert advice to align capabilities with business and IT strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Engineering from an accredited college/university.
• Extensive Experience: At least 10 years in software development, with a minimum of 6 years in MES, MOM, or manufacturing applications development or leadership.
• Technical Proficiency: 2 years in configuring and developing Parsec TrakSYS applications, with strong programming skills in C# .NET and T-SQL.
• Industry Expertise: Solid understanding of ISA-95 and the ability to architect manufacturing information solutions.
• Project Leadership: Proven experience in all project phases, from design to implementation, with a keen eye for customer requirements and specification development.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Adaptability and Detail Orientation: Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail and a quick learning curve for new technologies.
• Work Ethic and Travel: Strong work ethic, with the willingness to travel up to 20% and work in a plant environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced Technical Skills: Expertise in C# .NET, MS SQL Server, and 3rd party web controls (DevExtreme or equivalent).
• Integration Experience: Proficiency in developing interfaces with business systems (ERP, WMS, PLM) and familiarity with OPC UA, UNS, and MES platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, AVEVA, Ignition/Sepasoft).
• Future-Forward Tech: Experience with IIoT, Cloud, and MQTT-Spark Plug technologies.
