Duration: 12 months Contract (Hybrid – 3days onsite, 2days remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for a recent grad Degree in Finance, accounting, economics person should have excel experience with large set of data (pivot, v lookup), some analysis work done in school, using power BI good to see, able to analyse large data set, field expense report for HCPs, concur, travel and expense work.

Responsibilities:

• This position will be responsible for assisting the Financial Compliance Monitoring and US Transparency Reporting department in supporting the execution of the compliance monitoring program and the accurate reporting of data for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) for Federal Sunshine and state reporting.

• The financial analyst will assist in investigating, documenting, and reporting potential compliance observations with the sales reps related to HCPs in Concur CTE (expense reporting system).

• This role will also assist in researching and correcting errors in the HCP and HCO data for federal and state reporting.

Experience:

• Four Year Bachelor’s degree, 0 – 3 years’ experience

• Finance and Accounting Background

• Internal Audit experience

• Power BI experience (very minimal will suffice. Again, nice to have but not necessary)

Skills:

• Excel: V-Look Up; Pivot Tables, solid intermediate level of usage and understanding; large data sets, etc

• Solid communication skills: Verbal; Written; comfortable approaching internal clients across functions at Manager/Director levels

• Detail oriented; organizational skills to use with large data sets

• Solid judgment: ability to know when to ask questions and what questions need to be asked

Education:

• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree

• Proficient Excel skills required

• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility

• Ability to review large sets of data and recognize trends

• Ability to recommend improvements/ideas and present them to management

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
