Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

· This position will report to a Manager within Analytical Core with a focus on viral vector analytics. The incumbent will join an analytical testing group that values data quality, high productivity, and teamwork

Responsibilities:

· Execution of routine analytical testing including qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, molecular biology, and cell-based assays to test in-process vector samples.

· Execution of multiplexed cell-based assays (killing assays, mixed lymphocyte reactions, proliferation assays, etc.).

· Data analysis and reporting with an emphasis on fast and high-quality data turnaround.

Experience:

· Solid knowledge of immunology and cell biology techniques and data analysis

· Demonstrated experience with qPCR, ddPCR and Vector work.

· Working knowledge of statistical software (R, JMP, Minitab) is preferred.

Skills:

• Experience with qPCR, ddPCR and Vector work.

Education:

· BS in a scientific discipline with 3 years (1 years with MS) of relevant industrial cell-based assay experience.
