Provides support to Supply Chain Management’s Strategic Planning functions, including management of supplier programs, the reporting of current and forecasted market intelligence, savings reporting, and other Supply Chain initiatives and transformation projects supporting the on-going execution of key activities as well as deployment of best practices for these activities across the Americas Hub. ● Participate in efforts to standardize and implement processes and activities across the Americas HUB based on Air Liquide’s governing policies ● Supports Air Liquide business entities in the development of roadmaps, best practices, etc to implement Group and entity transformation initiatives ● Participates for the Americas in Group core team discussions, arbitration, and development of policy & Bluebook updates, Group wide transformation initiatives, and global projects ● Serves as a liaison between Group Procurement, HUB Procurement teams and the Americas Procurement community on points of policy, process, tools and methodologies. ● Lead and develop processes for programs, as needed, including but not limited to: Supplier Relationship Management Small Business and Supplier Diversity programs, Sustainable Procurement and Climate programs, Governmental and Foreign Policies reporting (Conflict Minerals, UFLPA, REACH, etc) Market Intelligence ● Support procurement activities for the bidding and execution of H2E hub contracts as needed ● Supports the Americas in the implementation and on-going use of modules within Group’s Digital Procurement Solution (DPS) platform (ex. iAnalyze, iPerform/iRisk) ● Support the overall Americas in the reporting and management of the savings reporting process per Bluebook ● Supports continuous improvement projects across the Americas procurement community ● Provides analytics and reporting support for internal customers including the development and creation of BI dashboards ● Serve as a business administrator and subject matter expert for Supply Chain / Americas Procurement Center intranet design and maintenance ● Conduct detailed financial and operational analyses of the Corporation's business activities to support its global strategic sourcing efforts ● Perform analysis of financial and operating information as requested including: ● Spend analysis ● Data mining from various Americas data sources (ex. Cluster ERPs, Digital Procurement Solution, Finance systems, etc) ● Total cost of ownership analysis ● Trend analysis ● Provide additional and ad hoc reporting as needed, including: ● Market reporting and forecasting ● Supplier market conditions and analysis as directed by SCM leadership. ● Supplier and Commodity Profiles. ● Investigate and study supplier cost structures. ● Responsible for the development and publishing of market reporting and forecasting that provides sourcing direction and customer forecasting ● Performs macro economic analysis and has the ability to understand key metrics and trends impacting global supply chain. ● Responsible for coordinating North American Platform reporting for key Group initiatives and reporting requirements ● Prepares presentation documents and assists in presenting finding to all levels of management. ● Makes recommendations on process improvements in Supply Chain practices ● Lead continuous improvement projects across the Americas procurement community. ● Serves as an Air Liquide policy and technical subject matter expert in Supply Chain practices, including: ● Compliance with Group Bluebook guidance in regards to spend and savings processes and reporting. ● Provide support, when needed, on global SCM system projects for assurance of Group compliance. ● Maintain strong lines of communication within Air Liquide’s broad procurement community, key customer groups, and other relevant stakeholders ● Regularly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of responsibilities through the Continuous Improvement methodology and process. ● Participate in and execute additional projects as identified by the Manager, Strategic Planning. __________________ Are you a MATCH? ● Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or any Business related field required ● 3-5 years of finance, business analysis and economic modeling experience ● Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills with ability to collect and correlate information and data ● Advanced Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills are required ● Understands underlying mechanisms of customer/supplier relationships ● Solid written and verbal communication skills ● Detail oriented, self-motivated with ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines ● Possesses ability to synthesize information quickly and summarize conclusions and recommendations ● Resourceful CORE COMPETENCIES ARE: ● Organizational Commitment ● Flexibility ● Customer Service Orientation ● Communicating Effectively ● Teamwork and Cooperation ● Developing others ● Managing Competing priorities ● Solution Focused Decision Making ● Entrepreneurial thinking Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
