Branch Manager Scottsbluff, NE This is a full time position with a full benefits package and a Monday through Friday workweek. The Branch Manager is responsible for all critical issues of the branch, including sales, sales growth, budgeting, gross margins, managing direct reports, FDA reporting and all operational expenses. Other key areas of responsibility include safety, customer service, inventory levels and resolution of personnel issues. Assist outside salespersons in preparing quotes, maintaining all required literature, providing customer follow-up, and gathering sales leads. Schedule and follow-up on deliveries, pre-call customers before scheduled deliveries. Control costs and monitor fiscal performance compared to budget. Maintain a store in a clean and orderly manner. Schedule staffing to ensure excellent customer service at all times. In particular, you will: Evaluate and monitor day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure cost effective operations and a safe and productive work environment. Establish and maintain clear and consistent lines of communication with direct reports and internal departments relative to customer successes, customer failures, new customer developments and other customer specific information Manages all branch personnel in accordance with company policies by hiring, training, motivating, planning and directing work. Provide performance feedback and development opportunities. Accurately complete and submit all sales-related paperwork (e.g., shippers, invoices, cylinder audits, month-end reports, cash reconciliations, deposits, etc.) in a timely manner Participates in the preparation of market and competitor information and annual sales analysis and forecast. Works in accordance with all policies and procedures and rules as prescribed by State, Federal and the Company. ________________________ ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Are you a MATCH?
