Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Plant Production/ Planning Admin will have primary responsibility for the input of production data into SAP after making corrections and adjustments. Employee will also become very familiar with plant planning and scheduling directions. In this role, employee will play a key role in helping the inventory teamwork through production order issues that impact the plants material consumption/usage. In this role, you will: Key Responsibilities: Schedule Extrusion Film Orders for Rogers & Amherst. Support Orangeville Film demand as needed. Schedule PM orders for Conversion, Extrusion & Food. Daily Walk Through and Audit of Conversion and Extrusion Barcodes for EWM. Audit Resin Consumption on Extrusion Orders Daily. Work with Inventory team on discrepancies. Complete Change Over Forms and Audit PSA’s. Update Scrap Production Orders at the beginning of every month. Run and Manage All Production Entry Reports (Extrusion Forecast, Nite Notes, Schedule Attainment, Commodities Run Out, ZPSR, Scents) Work with Ops teams (Scheduling meetings/Machine Level) Audit Production Order Entries and be the SME for all production order entry questions. Work and Manage end of month cycle for Production Orders. (7pm & midnight) Production Coordinator Training (1 per quarter) Material Usage reports (Seek, document, trend, and report human errors that influence usage. Quantify process disruptions that cause additional material usage) Monitor scent tanks needed based on production schedule and work with scent and scheduling team on gaps. Write STO’s for tape shipments between Rogers and Amherst and Orangeville. Input and audit production order data into SAP. What we look for: Required Skills: Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing. Ability to understand instructions, work procedures, reason and make judgments, problem solve, plan, coordinate, and direct own work while coping with a variety of duties and expectations. Ability to perform effectively under stressful conditions, prioritizing job duties while working with team members. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word. Intermediate Microsoft Excel skill level. Desired Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC and EWM Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, PLM, PowerPoint, and Power Bi.
