Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace Your role at Clorox: Leads cross-functional teams (i.e., finance, marketing, sales, engineering, R&D product development, global insights procurement and others as needed). Delivers medium to moderately high complexity and value projects. Lead the development of strategic end-to-end supply chain on assigned initiatives across the business unit that delivers supply chains that meet business requirements including innovation/growth, resiliency/service, and gross margins/total delivered costs. Acts as primary liaison between Leadership Team, Supply Chain Squad and project team. Leads projects from initiation (charter) through SOS and close out. Champion of the FLIGHT Stage gate process as well as Scaled Agile process. Coordinates the cross-functional activities as a work plan with robust timelines, achievements and dependency structured critical paths to ensure completion of the project/product on schedule on budget and within charter constraints. Ensures the development of detailed risks & contingency plans including Manufacturing Readiness. Challenges team assumptions for clarity and congruency. Pushes leadership teams to make key decisions timely. In this role, you will: Drive revenue, margin, and share growth by leading challenging medium to moderately high complexity and value cross functional initiatives. Ensure initiatives remain aligned to charters with voice of customer and design to value delivered. Lead the development and execution of project results to include: work plans, robust timelines, milestone & scorecard communication, technical risk assessment, MRs, qualification/validation and closeout. Ensure initiatives developed and implemented with BU Strategy and Supply Chain Strategy alignment using external perspective to expand value delivery. Build and maintain a successful organization of hard-working owners through active listening, challenging, direction setting, best practices, mentoring, and execution. Leadership team influence through data analysis, facts, and critical assessment Proactively drive process compliance, explicitly declare breakdowns and achieve related goals for those areas of responsibility What we look for: 8 years of progressive and project management and supply chain management experience spanning more than one subject area (including Services, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics) with growing responsibility and a demonstrated track record of success. Collaborate and influence others ranging from subordinates, to peers or senior executives to accomplish team objectives. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to draw conclusions from sophisticated data and information. Ability to simplify and communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms to all partners. Excellent understanding of business financials and ability to articulate financial impacts to supply chain choices and risks. Flexibility manifesting in ability to manage and prioritize planned and unplanned work. Drive and dedication to deliver complex projects and initiatives on time, on budget, and with solutions that meet and exceed business requirements. Deep knowledge of end-to-end business and supply chain interdependencies. Curiosity that manifests in ongoing development and learning about external environment. Lead with excellence. BS/BA Degree (engineering/technical degree preferred) MBA (Highly Desirable) A Broad Functional knowledge (Legal, Regulatory, Manufacturing, R&D, Finance and Accounting, and Marketing) desired. Broad proven experience with a preference for Consumer Packaged Goods desired.
