Clear Channel Outdoor Job Summary: The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) supports Airports Financial Planning & Analysis team, primarily in P&L analysis, consolidated CCA forecasting, budgeting, sales reporting, and business unit initiatives. The Director provides consolidated executive reporting for both the Airports and Corporate Finance teams. The aim of these activities is to provide timely tools and reports that allow the executive team to drive results. The Director participates in other areas of financial analysis, including market variance analysis, corporate initiatives, special projects, and ad-hoc requests. Job Requirements Manages Airports budget, forecasting, consolidated reporting activity. Prepares material for monthly leadership meetings, Airports SMT, and Corporate Finance. Provides in-depth analysis on revenue and expense items. Prepares and presents weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting and variance analysis for executive team and business units. Assists in managing business unit initiatives. Works with functional leaders to integrate and model information into business planning, budgeting, and forecasting exercises via financial systems. Supports investor relations competitive / market analysis. Provides support to various ad-hoc requests and special projects. Performs other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Education and Certifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business with an accounting or finance emphasis. Work Experience Minimum eight (8) years of directly related experience, in an accounting/financial analysis role, in a large organization preferred. Skills Able to prepare and present complex data in a simple, understandable manner. Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.) with advanced Excel skills (e.g., lookups and pivot tables). Proficient in utilizing an ERP system for reporting, preferably Adaptive Insights, Workday Financials, and PowerBI to pull and analyze data. Information Gathering and Processing: Locating and collecting data from appropriate sources and analyzing it to prepare meaningful and concise reports that summarize the information. Quality Focus: Follows up on procedures, ensures high quality output, takes action to solve quality problems or notify others of quality issues. Time Management: Uses time effectively and efficiently, concentrates on the most important priorities. Using Financials: Understanding and using financial information to monitor and optimize the financial health of a budget, project, department, or the organization as a whole.
