Pay Structure

• Solo Pay : GUARANTEED $1200 Minimum Weekly
• Team Pay : GUARANTEED $1400 Minimum Weekly
• Pay increase every 6 months until max pay is reached
• Stop Pay : $12.00 solo, $14.00 team split (8 stops averaging)
• Delay Pay : $18.54 per hour solo, $9.27 per hour team after 15 min free time

Bonus Pay :

• SIGN ON BONUS $$$8000.00 - Paid in installments
• Referral Bonus : $3,000, paid out at $1,000 on the second paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, and $1,000 at 120 days.
• Paid 2 day orientation $500 (paid transportation, hotel room and 3 meals per day, Atlanta, GA, starts every Tuesday)

Home Weekly Dedicated Flex Driver Needed in Davenport, IA

• Must be willing to run both solo and team routes.
• Fill in for drivers who are out sick, on vacation, etc.
• Deliver aftermarket parts (e.g., hoods, bumpers, doors) to Honda dealerships.
• Unlock dealership gates / doors at night.
• Unload trailer, scan new load, pick up returns, and lock up dealership.
• Maneuver tractor-trailer in tight corridors in car lots, primarily in Chicago at night.
• Comfortable with city driving in Chicago.
• Touch Freight : Automotive parts (cages, totes, loose pieces)

Hiring Area : 50-mile radius of Davenport, IA, covering lanes in IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI. Frequent driving in Chicago.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 1700 - 0030.

Home Time :

Flex drivers home Saturday night - Sunday night, guaranteed weekend home time. Start back out Monday PM.

Equipment :

• 2014-2021 Peterbilt trucks with automatic transmission, Pre-Pass, and EZ Pass.
• 28' / 48' Dry Van with lift gates.
• Truck speed 65 pedal and cruise
• Truck parking at Honda part center in Davenport, IA

Requirements :

• 3 months recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Comfortable with maneuvering in downtown Chicago.
• Physical requirements : Handling, positioning, and securing delivery roller cages, lifting loose boxed parts (40-75 lbs).

Other : No pets or passengers allowed.
