Compensation :

• Average Weekly Gross Pay : $2,800 (per driver)
• Detention Pay : $16 per hour after 2 hours
• Short Haul Pay : $25 plus mileage pay if under 100 miles
• Breakdown Pay : $75 per day
• Stop Pay : Extra stop pay $30
• Holiday Pay : $700 for 7 holidays
• Per Diem : Must opt out during orientation to decline

Benefits :

• Average Weekly Miles : 6,000 - 7,000 miles per week (per driver)
• Average Weekly Gross Pay : $2,800 (per driver)
• Home Time : Minimum 3 weeks out, 3-4 days home; West of I-35 requires 4 weeks out
• Type of Freight : Mostly Dry Goods
• Type of Truck : Sleeper
• Trailer Type : Dry Van

Touch Freight : 5%

• Rider / Pet Authorized : YES / YES
• Additional Details : Teams must live within 100 miles of each other

Requirements :

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job
• Must pass DOT drug screen and physical, and meet DOT driving standards
