This unique position not only guarantees a minimum pay of $1,350 per week but also offers the excitement of different routes and responsibilities.

What You Will Do:

• Serve as a vital part of our team, stepping in for drivers who are out, covering a variety of routes and deliveries.
• Enjoy the diversity of delivering aftermarket parts, including hoods, bumpers, and doors, directly to dealerships, with some routes requiring night driving and dealership responsibilities.
• Navigate through city driving challenges, particularly in Chicago, maneuvering in tight spaces with precision and care.
• Benefit from a predictable schedule from Monday to Friday, with guaranteed weekends off for quality home time.

What We Offer:

• Guaranteed Weekly Pay: Earn a minimum of $1,350 weekly, with potential for more based on routes and stops.
• Sign-On and Referral Bonuses: A generous $500 new hire transition bonus and up to $3,000 for referrals.

Requirements:

• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• Comfortable with downtown Chicago maneuvers and tight lot navigation.
• Ability to handle, position, and secure delivery roller cages, lifting items weighing 40 -75 lbs.
• A positive attitude towards safety and customer service.

Location & Lanes:

• Hiring within a 50-mile radius of Davenport, IA.
• Lanes covering IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, WI—predominantly Chicago routes.
• Accommodation provided when necessary, ensuring rest and readiness.
