General Requirements
- Experience:
- Must have at least 12 months of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience within the past 3 years.
- Trainers must also have 12 months of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience within the past 3 years.
- All Tractor Trailer experience is counted except for logging, oilfield, and farm experience.
- Training experience counts towards the required experience but does not count towards the Tractor Trailer Driving School (TDS) portion.
- Licensing:
- Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in the state of residence before applying.
- Teams:
- Drivers must live in the same state.
Pay Structure
- Daily Pay: $205 per day.
- Trailer Pay: $250 per trailer.
- Average Weekly Trailers: 3-4 trailers per week.
- Performance-Based Pay:
- Up to $103,000 per year based on performance.
- Peak Volume Periods:
- Additional work may be required.
- Bonuses:
- $80 per month for training/HOS and safety.

- Average Weekly Pay (Gross): $1,300 - $1,980 per week, performance-based.
- Home Time:
- Weekly schedule: 5 1/2 day work week.
- Home for at least 34-hour reset, not necessarily on weekends.
