USA CDL Recruiting is Hiring a Driver needed Near Toledo, OH

General Requirements

  • Experience:
    • Must have at least 12 months of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience within the past 3 years.
    • Trainers must also have 12 months of verifiable Tractor Trailer experience within the past 3 years.
    • All Tractor Trailer experience is counted except for logging, oilfield, and farm experience.
    • Training experience counts towards the required experience but does not count towards the Tractor Trailer Driving School (TDS) portion.
  • Licensing:
    • Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) in the state of residence before applying.
  • Teams:
    • Drivers must live in the same state.

Pay Structure

  • Daily Pay: $205 per day.
  • Trailer Pay: $250 per trailer.
  • Average Weekly Trailers: 3-4 trailers per week.
  • Performance-Based Pay:
    • Up to $103,000 per year based on performance.
  • Peak Volume Periods:
    • Additional work may be required.
  • Bonuses:
    • $80 per month for training/HOS and safety.

  • Average Weekly Miles: 1,400 miles per week.
  • Average Weekly Pay (Gross): $1,300 - $1,980 per week, performance-based.
  • Home Time:
    • Weekly schedule: 5 1/2 day work week.
    • Home for at least 34-hour reset, not necessarily on weekends.

    • Buffalo, NY
    • Rochester, NY
    • Pittsburgh, PA
    • West Virginia
    • Detroit, MI
    • Entire state of Ohio
  • Freight Hauled: Retail store goods.
  • Type of Truck: Sleeper.
  • Trailer Type: 53' Dry Van.
  • Freight Handling:
    • 100% touch freight.
    • 0% drop and hook.
    • 100% live load or unloading by the customer.
  • Start and End Times/Shifts: According to Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
  • Rider/Pet Policy: Riders and pets are authorized.
