Compensation:

• Solo: $0.52 CPM $12 per stop
• Team: $0.83 CPM $14 per stop
• Sign-on bonus: $8000
• Weekly minimum guaranteed:
  • Solo: $1200
  • Team: $1400
• Detention pay: $20.20 after 1 hour free of detention time
• Mileage increase: $0.05 every 6 months until top pay

Job Description:We are seeking Flex Drivers to join our team for aftermarket parts delivery to Honda dealerships across IA, IL, IN, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, NE, and WI. The right candidates will demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Fill in for drivers who are sick or on vacation
• Deliver loose package pieces, hoods, bumpers, doors, etc., to Honda dealerships
• Unlock dealership gates/doors for night routes
• Unload trailers, scan in new deliveries, pick up returns, and secure the dealership before departure
• Navigate tractor trailers in tight corridors within Chicago car lots at night
• Comfortably drive in and out of Chicago frequently
• Average 8 stops per route
• Work Monday through Friday, 1700-0030

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months of driving experience
• Double experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift at least 40-75 lbs
• Comfortable handling, positioning, and securing delivery roller cages and loose boxed parts
• Must be willing to work solo or in a team
• Physically fit to perform loading and unloading tasks
