• Our freight is preplanned throughout the week which means no waiting for loads to be dispatched.
• About 90% of freight is contracted through a total of 5 companies and are all NO Touch.

Home Time :

Minimum of 2 weeks out earns 2 days home

2024 Driver Pay Scale, which includes rates based on driver experience :

• 9 months : $0.50 per mile (must be within the previous 12 months)
• 1 year : $0.52 per mile (experience must be within the previous 3 years)
• 2-4 years : $0.55 per mile
• 5-8 years : $0.58 per mile
• 9 years : $0.60 per mile

Note that there is no hiring between San Antonio and Houston along I-35.
