Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws.

Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives

Home time- 3-4 days every 3-4 weeks

Average pay average $1720/week (top earn $2300/week)

Hiring within 100 miles of Phoenix, AZ- ( also 100 miles of Los Angeles, Chicago, Kansas City, Dallas, Salt Lake City, Carthage Missouri, Grand Island Nebraska, Lebanon Indiana, Stockton CA)

- Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer and reefer.

- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.

- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any mechanical issues or damages.

- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and deliveries.

- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery details.

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of truck being operated.

- Proven experience as a truck driver or similar role.

- Ability to operate automatic transmission vehicles.

- Knowledge of load securement techniques and regulations.

- Strong understanding of route planning and navigation using GPS or maps.

- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Good communication skills for interacting with dispatchers, customers, and other team members.
