We are hiring semi truck and truck drivers

• Hiring Area: Within a 75-mile radius of Dayton, OH.
• Lane:
  • 5-day weekly route starting in Dayton, OH.
  • Deliveries and pickups in various locations including Fort Wayne, IN; Elkhart, IN; Chicago, IL; and others.
  • 20% of loads will be broken down locomotive parts.
  • Hazmat certification is required.
  • Weekend work required based on freight needs.
• Miles and Pay:
  • No stops.
  • 2191-2600 miles per week.
  • $1495.05 per week / $76,248 per year.
• Schedule:
  • Based on customer needs.
  • 24/7 operation with varying departure times between 0500-0900.
• Home Time:
  • 34-hour reset day could vary.
• Equipment Type:
  • 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner with tandem axle sleepers.
  • Automatic Transmission, Elite Pre-Pass, outward-facing cameras.
  • 53’ Dry Van Trailers with swing doors.
• Freight Type:
  • Combination of drop and hook and tailgating.
  • Drivers may need to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual pallet jack provided.
• Truck Speed:
  • 65 MPH pedal and cruise.
• Bonuses:
  • New Hire Transition Bonus: $500.
  • Referral Bonus: $3000 (paid out in increments).
• Accessorial Pay:
  • Stop pay: $14 for the first stop.
  • Tailgating of freight: $10 per tailgate.
  • Delay pay: $17/hour (Max $70).
  • Breakdown pay: $17/hour (Max 9 hours).
• Parking:
  • Onsite in Dayton, OH.
• Requirements:
  • 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
  • Hazmat required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Other:
  • Drivers scheduled to work on holidays except Christmas or as specified by the customer.
  • Paid holiday rate if working on holidays.
