Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Marketing Team and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. If you are passionate about marketing in the Outdoor space, and have a creative mindset, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

· Execute and manage strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives

· Manage advertising campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media

· Create and manage engaging content for marketing materials, website, and social media platforms

· Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and drive website traffic

· Utilize performance marketing techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness

· Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to track and report on campaign performance

· Analyze and report on consumer feedback

· Execute new product launches across all channels

· Execute marketing budget

· Attend 10-15 tradeshows and marketing events per year

Skills

· Proficiency in content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and e-commerce strategies

· Demonstrable experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

· Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite, Big Commerce)

· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

· Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns

· Bike or Outdoor Industry experience a plus
