Job FunctionThe Consulting Sales Intern will help USA Football drive engagement and increase sign-ups for events, products and programs. This specifically includes prospecting, managing sales lists and data work. Occasional prospect and customer support follow-up communication may be required. The position will collaborate with the consulting sales, events, high performance and marketing departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with filling event and product sales pipelines, particularly prospecting and working with leads.
- Depending on seasonality, help with High Performance and flag sales, youth organization enrollments, coach certifications, event promotion and/or system leads. This includes updating information, prospecting and occasional customer follow-up.
- Identify prospects and update database information.
- Assist with USA Football support initiatives and calls and provide assistance on support tickets.
- Add and Update Salesforce and Excel lists as needed.
- Sales/Service Experience
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Comfortable with Excel and software tools
- Exposure and experience with Salesforce a plus
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Selling experience a plus
