The Customer Service Assistant will have a wide range of responsibilities in order to support the day-to-day requirements of the business. Successful candidates will work as part of a customer service team to provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and live chat. You will be at the forefront of building brand loyalty, assisting customers with program registrations, providing support for existing orders, and promoting our products & services wherever possible. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to customers inquiries through phone calls, live chats and emails.
  • Assist customers with cancelations, refunds, and program switches.
  • Provide excellent product knowledge to customers regarding USG programming and services.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles and account information.
  • Research issues and follow up on inquiries, where necessary.
  • Performs other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
  • Understand, uphold, and apply all company policies, terms, and conditions

Flexible Contract Types Available

  • Part-time position
  • Hours fluctuate depending upon the season
  • Weekday, weekend, and evening hours available.
  • This is an onsite position at our Head Office located in Whitehouse, St, NJ
