Usage AI, a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service company in the cloud industry, is seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to join our Customer Success Team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers evaluating Usage AI for their business needs. Your main focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving successful adoption of our solutions. This will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and challenges, and helping them maximize the value of our cloud-based tool.
