Usage AI is Hiring a Customer Success Near New York, NY

Usage AI, a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service company in the cloud industry, is seeking a proactive and ambitious individual to join our Customer Success Team.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new customers evaluating Usage AI for their business needs. Your main focus will be on ensuring customer satisfaction and driving successful adoption of our solutions. This will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their goals and challenges, and helping them maximize the value of our cloud-based tool.

You will work closely with customers to onboard them onto our platform, provide training and support, and proactively identify opportunities for them to further benefit from our solutions. Your goal will be to help customers achieve their desired outcomes and drive long-term loyalty and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the team with feedback on product features, gaps, and pricing, incorporating insights from clients and personal observations.
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Success Managers and other key functional areas of the business.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate status updates to customers.

The ideal candidate has:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager.
  • Proven ability to resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Experience driving product value, adoption, and user experience through virtual interactions with customers.
  • A strong ability to understand and articulate Usage AI’s value proposition.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think creatively, conceptually, and analytically.
  • A desire to learn from team members, accept constructive feedback, and make adjustments accordingly.
