- You will serve as a Requirements Manager in the Systems of Systems competency.
- You will be responsible for requirements, planning and modeling the integration of Command, Control, Computers Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR).
- You will be responsible for Business Information Technology (IT) systems and capabilities for the Department of Navy and Department of Defense.
- You will be responsible for stakeholder requirements analysis and development, design modeling, and digital integration of system.
- You will assist in requirements elicitation, develop epics and user stories, and assist in grooming of backlog and support agile scrum teams.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

- This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M-5239.2 for specialty area 641 level Advanced within 12 months of appointment.
