Area Of Consideration
- Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
- Assists patrons in the use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instructions, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
- Plans, conducts, publicizes and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions. Leads the work of other employees. Passes on to other workers instructions received from the supervisor and starts work.
- Distributes and balances workload assuring that each employee has enough work to keep busy. Answers questions of their employees on procedures, policies, and directives.
- Provides leadership, guidance and oversight in program operations. Provides on-the job training to new employees. Opens and closes the facility. Acting manager in their absence. Performs other duties as assigned.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Position does not require a driver's license however; a driver's license is required to operate any government vehicle to include UTVs/ATVs.
- Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors.
- Shift will vary due to mission; nights, weekends and holidays will be required.
- Work experience, which involved dealing with general public.
- Minimum 1 year work experience leading subordinate staff.
