OVERVIEW
The Preferred Communities program supports the successful resettlement and integration of especially vulnerable groups of recently arrived refugees. The Case Manager will assist targeted clients with gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and other services, while also serving to enhance the capacity of the Field Office and the local community to serve and support this population. The Case Manager will provide intensive case management support, access to English language assessment and training, referral to appropriate community support services, and transportation support. The position will report to the Field Office Director in Dearborn, Michigan.
